Preciado Return & Exchange Policy
At Preciado, we are committed to providing high-quality fajas and women’s shapewear designed to make you feel confident and supported. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we’ve created a return policy that prioritizes both customer satisfaction and hygiene standards.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and hygiene liners (if applicable) must remain intact.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, stretching, or damage.

3. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for size or style adjustments within the 14-day window.
- If you need help finding the right fit, our team is happy to assist before processing an exchange.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our support team at support@preciado.com with your order number.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.
7. Fit & Sizing Disclaimer
